This program is tailored for women in the midst of motherhood, particularly those who are new moms or nurturing young school-aged children. It's common to lose sight of your own identity while prioritizing your children's needs. You might be grappling with postpartum depression, heightened anxiety, or feelings of isolation. Our aim is to guide you toward reconnecting with yourself, fostering support, and above all, rediscovering your current identity. Join a close-knit circle of moms to share experiences. Gain insights into daily strategies that promote positivity and embark on a journey to reclaim your individuality. Cost is $99+ tax per participant if booked by May 31, 2024. $149+ tax per participant if booked after May 31, 2024. Refreshments included. This is a woman led and women only retreat. Limited space available to keep an intimate size group. Hands-on activities with the horses will be ground based. Rain date June 23, 2024.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule your session requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid a $75 cancellation/ reschedule fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
