Are you a mom that has spent the last decade raising your children and now find yourself lost and without a purpose as they are growing up and no longer need nor want you around? Maybe you are struggling to support them as they navigate their new identities, hormones, and relationships. This program is tailored for women in the midst of motherhood, particularly those who are raising pre-teens and teenagers. It's common to lose sight of your own identity while prioritizing your children's needs. You might be grappling with postpartum depression, heightened anxiety, or feelings of isolation. Perhaps you are considering going back to work or looking to start a new career? Maybe interested in returning to school to learn new skills? Or maybe you don't recognize yourself when you look in the mirror and don't know what you want. You find yourself asking "Who am I now?" Our aim is to guide you toward reconnecting with yourself, fostering support, and above all, rediscovering your current identity. Join this intimate circle of moms to share experiences. Gain insights into daily strategies that promote positivity and embark on a journey to reclaim your individuality. Cost is $175+ tax per participant if booked by July 27, 2024. $225+ tax per participant if booked after July 27, 2024. Lunch and refreshments included. This is a woman led and women only retreat. Limited space available to keep an intimate size group. Hands-on activities with the horses will be ground based. Rain date August 18, 2024.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule your session requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid a $75 cancellation/ reschedule fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
