Are you a mom that has spent the last two decades raising your children and now find yourself lost and without a purpose as they are going off to College/University, or moving out/away to begin a life of their own? Are you struggling with an empty nest? Do you find you're asking yourself "what now, what's next?" Maybe you are struggling to define who you are and what relationships and dreams you want to pursue. This program is tailored for women after motherhood and what the future holds for you. It's common to lose sight of your own identity while prioritizing your children's needs. You might be grappling with depression, heightened anxiety, or feelings of isolation. Perhaps you are considering going back to work or looking to start a new career? Maybe you're interested in returning to school to learn new skills? Maybe this is a new chance to live the dreams that were put on hold while raising your family. Or maybe you don't recognize yourself when you look in the mirror and don't know what you want. You find yourself asking "What now?" Our aim is to guide you toward reconnecting with yourself, fostering support, and above all, rediscovering your current identity. Join a close-knit circle of moms to share experiences. Gain insights into daily strategies that promote positivity and embark on a journey to reclaim your individuality. Join us to discover your new purpose while in the safety of our herd. Explore your passions, what drives you, excites you. Build your independence and confidence in your decisions. Reconnect with your most authentic self. Cost is $175+ tax per participant if booked by Aug 17, 2024. $225+ tax per participant if booked after Aug 17, 2024. Lunch and refreshments included. This is a woman led and women only retreat. Limited space available to keep an intimate size group. Hands-on activities with the horses will be ground based. Rain date Saturday September 21, 2024.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule your session requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a $50 cancellation/ reschedule fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
