In Front of the Herd

This program was developed to provide individuals an opportunity to acquire fundamental skills and abilities in the field of leadership. The program is comprised of seven separate sessions or "camps". Each camp centres on one aspect of leadership and, collectively, the program fills out a complete development process.

Each camp has a booklet that participants work through during each session. Participants will have the opportunity to try different positions in each camp. These positions or roles include Chairperson, Um-counter, Timer and Language Wrangler. In addition, a percentage of the participants will be given assignments that they will present at the upcoming session.
