This full-day experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful presence of horses. Your day begins with a unique horse-guided meditation and silent reflection experience. Surrounded by these intuitive animals, you’ll be guided into a calm and grounded state, allowing you to become more present, self-aware, and open to the gentle energy horses naturally share. After the meditation, enjoy meaningful time with the horses and fellow participants through light, horse-led activities designed to spark joy, curiosity, and connection. These experiences often bring laughter, insight, and moments that stay with you long after the day is over. Midday, we’ll gather to enjoy a delicious lunch and refreshments, with dietary needs accommodated to the best of our ability. In the afternoon, tap into your creativity during a hands-on workshop where you’ll craft a special keepsake to take home—something tangible to remind you of the peace, clarity, and inspiration you discovered throughout the retreat. To close the day, sink into deep relaxation during a Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy) session with Equi-Salt, a natural wellness experience often used to support respiratory comfort, skin health, and overall relaxation. This retreat is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the calming wisdom of horses.
